On July 27th Carlos Alberto Torres walked away from 30 years of  incarceration a physically free man. i say physically free because Carlos has always been mentally and spiritually free otherwise he wouldn’t have taken the stand that he did and been able to survive the thirty years he spent in prison fighting for his belief that Puerto Rico should be free.
